I completed an instructional pen turning video who's purpose is to guide a new turner through the entire process of creating a pen. I cover what equipment and tools are necessary and I demonstrate each step so you can actually see how a particular step is accomplished. I completely turn two pens during the video so that you can see how a pen is made and I demonstrate the steps for producing a beautiful finish.
"The Baron" Rollerball Pen Available exclusively through Arizona Silhouette Inc. Our design features a six faceted lower barrel that reflects light like little mirrors (rollerball only - the fountain pens continue to have the round barrel). The threaded portions of the pen work extremely smooth and positive. We simplified construction by making the bushings for the lower barrel the same size and the bushings for the upper barrel are the same size (bushings for other pens of this style will not work). The couplers and trim rings are interchangeable.
